Length of Dresses for Project Uganda

In response to an enquiry as to the length of the Project Uganda dresses between the sizes of 14 to 16, they should at least be 32" or 80cms long otherwise if you give them short dresses they wont last long These kids are tall and thin and are still growing. Thank you.
