Little Girl's favourite dress

Sharing a message I received from my niece who distributes dresses on behalf of Dress A Girl Australia in one of the remote areas in the island of Mindanao, Philippines. While she was doing her medical consultation in the area for small kids, one of the kids who came was wearing a dress given to her about 3 months earlier and is her favourite dress to wear according to the mother.
