Project: Food Makes a Difference #1 - Feed a Child...Touch a Life - 3-Sep-2016

Dress A Girl Australia's first nutritional feeding program under the Project : Food Makes a Difference occurred yesterday, 3-Sep-2016 in a well deserved location of Impasug-ong, Bukidnon, in the island of Mindanao, Philippines about 1-1/2 hour by plane from Manila. The event which was themed "Feed a Child, Touch a Life" provided nutritional meals to about 200 kids organized by Del Burdeos in coordination with the Impasug-ong local government.
This project is 2016 recipient of my Dress Sponsorship Program. Proceeds from the sponsorship program goes to this project starting last 1st of July, 2016 . My heartfelt thank you to those who have sponsored dresses so far and helped finance this feeding program #1.

With your help and continuous support of my Dress Sponsorship program I hope to continue supporting this program of being able to provide at least one great meal and at the same time provide dresses and/or boys sets to deserving disadvantaged kids. That is hitting two birds with one stone in order to make a difference and make this world a better place.

Project Food makes a Difference

I am promoting again my Dress A Girl Sponsorship program to raise money to fund a special program I am undertaking in September 2016. The special program is going to feed 200 disadvantaged and malnourished kids between the ages of 3 to 8 in a remote area located in the southern part of the Philippines (about an 1-1/2 by plane from Manila). A group of volunteers from the community will prepare special meals for these kids when the town celebrates its fiesta. My target number of dresses that I hope will be sponsored is between 30 to 50 dresses. Any dresses sponsored today and up to the 15th of July, 2016 will be included in Dress Distribution #102 which is leaving my humble abode at the end of this month(July 2016). Any sponsored dresses after this date (15-Jul-2016) will be included in my planned Christmas distribution.

Project Food makes a Difference #1 starts today and for $10.00 you can help make a day special for 200 kids and at the same time make a disadvantaged girl happy with a new dress. For a price of 3 cups of coffee, you can help make this project a success and help make this world a better place. Help make a difference with just one click of your mouse on the link below -
For any questions or more details on this program, please send me a message or email me at dressagirlaustralia@gmail.com. Thank you.

24 dresses added to my School Starter Dress Sponsorship Program

Today I added 24 more dresses to my Dress Sponsorship Program. Well, let's face it. Without the sponsorship I will not be  able to sustain this charity work nor will I be able to accept dress donations. It is the sponsorship program that is paying for the cost of  sending and distributing dresses.

The 24 dresses I added is for Project School Supplies and Accessories for the 2016 Education without Borders program. Proceeds from sponsorships I use to purchase school supplies to include in the Dress Starter Kit and most importantly fund my petty postage cash fund.
Anyone who wants to sponsor dresses can check out these kits by clicking on the image above or click here. Other selections of the school starter kits can also be found here and here. Thank you.
