Donation Acknowledgement FY13/10 #153 - Quite a bundle from Norma Schubert

The last parcel to open is quite a bundle and number 153 on the list.  The bundle of 38 pairs of shorts and 22 dresses were all made by Norma Schubert who just turned 84 years old this month . She makes these dresses and shorts from her home as at her age it may be too much for her to be travelling and joining sewing bees but she is enjoying and loving creating dresses and little boys shorts for the disadvantage children in the communities.  Julieann Bolton goes to her house to drop off fabrics and elastic and goes back and pick up whatever she has completed. What an amazing woman and really an inspiration to all of us. Here are the 38 pairs of shorts and 22 dresses from Norma - a few of the pants will be allocated to the Clothing Sponsorship Program (WInter edition).

To Norma, thank you so much for the time and effort you spent making all these dresses and pairs of shorts. You are an inspiration to all of us. Thank you so much. And thank you to Julie for facilitating all the deliveries and pickups for Norma. Much appreciated.
