Candle supplies' listing on ebay

I received 3 emails and a comment in my blog posting about the ebay listing I did for the candle supplies. I hope this is a good sign that there will be someone who would make a purchase soon. :-)

I did the listing under my personal account (leisurestuff) rather than creating a Dress A Girl Aus account as I dont think it would really make any difference. ebay has strict guidelines if you are selling for charity. It does not matter which account it was listed. All I know is that if the items get sold soon,  I will have the biggest smile on my face especially that I know I would be making 70 girls in Miwani Kenya happy for giving them new dresses. The items are not on auction as I want a fixed price for it and I think whoever buys the items can still make money if they try to resell it. The selling price is below cost and fair for the quality of the items.

For the Tin Moulds - Floater/Tart - Seamless - 142 pcs - selling for $42.95 plus actual postage of $16.35 including signature upon delivery. here is the link -

For the candy thermometers - 8x - selling for $32.50 plus actual postage of $10.00 including signature upon delivery. here is the link -

If any of the above links do not work, please try to copy the URL address by highlighting the line, right click your mouse and select copy and then paste in your internet browser. If you still have problems, please let me know and I will try to work out what the problem is. Thank you.

I think I will do a few more postings of my personal items and see if it gets sold then perhaps I can send two parcels instead of one. :-)

Candle supplies for sale in ebay for Kenya parcel

Someone told me once that you tend to remember things you were supposed to do when you are in bed and I think this is really right. The whole morning at work yesterday I was thinking that the first thing I was going to do when I get home was look for a small box containing candle supplies which I have collected when I was still making/selling soy candles. Was not sure whether the box was in the garage or in the kitchen pantry. You see, whenever I ordered supplies from a US candle wholesaler before, I would always get a free candy thermometer. For some reason yesterday morning I remembered about it and knew I had about 6 or 7 collected. Also, when I visited this wholesaler in the US (I visited a friend in Pennsylvania and on our way to an Amish town I convinced her to stop by the candle wholesaler) it so happened that they were having a sale on tin moulds. The owner said that if I buy 100 moulds I will get 200 (2 for the price of 1) which I did. I sold a few of the tin moulds when I got back.

I was about to go to sleep when I remembered that I needed to look for that box. It was almost midnight (well past midnight actually since it was 12:02am on my alarm clock) and finally found the box after half-an-hour and my memory is really very good (LOL!) because these are the contents of the box - 8 candy thermometers and 142 tin moulds.
A jackpot box which I am selling in ebay (in fact I have already posted the tin moulds right after I found it very early this morning) and will be posting the candy thermometers later today as I still need to think of a description. Proceeds from the sale of these candle supplies will be used to send a parcel to Miwani, Kenya. I think this is the reason why I had to find the box. I needed the funds for the parcel.

If you know of anyone who might be interested in candle making or looking for these candle supplies, please let them know about this. These items when sold will dressed about 70 girls in Miwani Kenya.

Mini Fabric calendars for Sale

If you are wondering why I have been so successful in distributing those dresses to different locations around the world, it is because of these items that I handmake to sell. Some of you dont have to like them but they are Dress A Girl Australia's bread and butter. Without these items being purchased by the public I do not think I will be able to sustain this campaign, distribute such a large number of dresses. So please help spread the word about the things that I sell. None of the proceeds go to my pocket instead they all go to Dress A Girl Australia's postage fund to pay for the cost of sending dresses to different locations around the world.

If you are one of those people who still think that paper and/or fabric calendars are still in and not a thing of the past, then why not check out the fabric calendars in my shop. A good way to start helping raise funds for Dress A Girl Australia's projects in 2014.
These calendars are approximately 10.5cms x 16.5 cms. Actual calendar is 8cms x 4cms. Monthly calendar is inserted on a pocket and is refillable every new year. Each calendar sells for $6.00 plus postage.

Magnetic calendars will be available soon. To purchase these calendars, please click here for the 'Good Friends' and here for the 'Friendship'. Click here to check out the entire range of fabric calendars available for sale.

Soy Candles for Charity

Since I will not be busy with sorting and packing for the next 3-4 months although I still would be doing my regular task of acknowledging dress donations whenever I receive parcels , I will be writing about the products I will be selling in 2014 to help raise money for postage, boxes and boxes to use for packing, packing tapes and sometimes even customs fees and..... if someone makes a purchase, how much I have raise. It will be an open book even though there is no need for it. What I would do is whoever makes a purchase will be given the option to specify where they want the proceeds of the items they purchased to go to. Whether they want it to go to the postage fund or to the Dress A Girl well although the Dress A Girl well is temporary until such time that the money needed to raise a well has been reached. I think it makes me feel more comfortable if I sell items to raise funds. At least for some they get something out of their money and at the same time help disadvantaged children around the world. It is a win-win for all and does not cause any inconveniences. Selling more of my handmade products is part of my 2014 plans and activities for Dress A Girl Australia.

Soy candles will be my main product next year to raise money for postage as they are easy to make. If you are into candle burning or if you know of anyone who is into candle burning, please check my soy candle products.  If you are wondering if I know how to make candles, yes I know how to make candles but only made of soy. I have been making and selling candles for 2 years about 6 years ago and stopped when I went back to full time job. Also I was able to save enough money to buy a table top kiln my time then got deviated to playing around with my kiln and making small pendants. I even used to sell soy candle kits. Specialty of the house were the candelina jar candles, tealights and travel tins. My sister helped in making them she also used to help make soy melts.

Check out these products especially if you are not familiar yet with candles made of soy. These are handpoured from my kitchen and very environmentally friendly.
When you buy products from my shop you are actually always hitting at least 2 birds with one stone. For soy candles, you are helping save the environment and also making disadvantaged children happy by providing them with handmade dresses they can call their own. Except for the big soy jar candles I call the soy biggies, the sizes of the candelina jars are small enough to take anywhere with you especially for those who can't seem to go anywhere without bringing a candle to light with them. Soy travel tins are so soy-convenient to carry around too.

Soy candles…..soy-convenient…soy.. why not check them out and if you are into candle lighting make a purchase. It is for a very good cause. Please click here to check them out. And please help spread the word around. From the soy candles page, you can also learn a lot about soy candles, burning times and burning guide. Remember, burning a candle is a responsibility....so be safe!

Personalised Letters from Santa

If the number of likers of a facebook page is a genuine indication that people really like your page and what you are doing, then I think Dress A Girl Australia is in trouble. Since I posted the article on no more distributions for this year and posting articles on stuff that I sell, a few likers have dropped out and I expect more to drop out after this posting. :-)

I dont think anyone knows that I have an online shop called Soft Treasures since 2005. The money I earned from the shop I used to finance my craft hobbies and my travelling to acquire and learn new craft stuff. It still exist as an on-line shop but since I went back to full-time job after taking a couple of years off I have not been very actively updating it but it does have lots and lots of good stuff some you cannot easily find here in Australia. I have a lot of boxes in my garage of unsold supplies which I sell every now and then when I need money for Dress A Girl Australia.

Dress A Girl Australia is a self-funded charity work. I do not ask for cash donations from anyone although there are a few very generous donors who sincerely find it in their hearts to help financially and do not ask for receipts and I am very grateful to these few people. I keep all my postage receipts to give to them in case they needed it. Since I started Dress A Girl Australia, all the money I earned from selling supplies I have donated all of it to fund the cost of distributing dresses to different locations around the world. I use the supplies to handmake things to sell in my online store or whenever Dreamers Markets have a scheduled market day. I get provided with a free stall which really helps a lot. I do not ask for money from people who donate dresses that is why sometimes I feel very upset if I receive emails with uncalled for comments. These people do not know what I do to make a difference and help other people make a difference. Am glad I am very well trained to handle pressure and how to manage strange people from the corporate world I am able to deal with these in running Dress A Girl Australia. I will keep on doing what I am doing and not bother whether people approve of it or not.

Anyway, I have come up with another product which I used to do and sell at Christmas time. A personalized letter of Santa for that special little boy or girl in your life. Each letter contains personalized information based upon any first name, age, gender, address and best friend. Each Christmas letter comes with an envelope with a North Pole postmark. You can have them framed, put them in a special personalised can or roll them and put inside a test-tube bottle...lots of possibilities to make it a perfect keepsake.
It is not too late to order yet. All you have to do is provide me with a child's name, age, gender, address, best friend's name or if you prefer the child's brothers and/or sisters name if applicable by filling up the Personalised letter information form. I can addressed the envelope to your child directly or can put the child's letter and envelope inside an envelope addressed to you for you to give to the child. Any purchase of this item will in a small way help a child own at least one dress.

The personalised letter sells for $5.00 plus postage of $1.80. To purchase, please click here. To fill up the form for details of personalisation, please click here. To see samples of letters, please click here for style 1, click here for style 2 and click here for style 3. You also have 6 choices for the background of the letter.

For more information, please send an email to dressagirlaustralia@gmail.com

Imagine the possibilities

Ok I am sure a lot of you would be annoyed with what I will be doing in the next few weeks to help raise funds for Dress A Girl Australia. 2013 is done and I am now starting my plans and activities for 2014 so you probably will be seeing a lot of postings of items that I want to sell to raise money for postage and also for the Dress A Girl Australia well. If I raise a lot of money, it will not be to benefit myself but will benefit everyone who donates dresses to make a difference and the children who will be receiving the dresses.

Anyway, when I saw these charms two years ago I was not really sure on what to do with it but knowing me I bought a few sets. Something might pop up in the future on how to make use of it. Now under a bit of pressure to raise funds for the Dress A Girl well as I really want this project to be a success in 2014, I did come up with something. A sewing pin. A charm bracelet could have been good but I could not find a bracelet that can easily match the golden colours of the charms (golden colours not reflected on the picture) but I found a tape measure charm with holes to hang charms. So here is what I ended up with.  Imagine the possibilities of a spool of thread or yarn, a pincushion, a thimble, a pair of scissors, a tape measure and a sewing machine. Imagine the possibilities of creations coming from the heart symbolized by these charms and limited only by one's imagination. Imagine the number of dresses that one can make just by looking at this pin.
A great gift for someone who seems to have everything and can be pass on to generations. I made six sets and only 2 are left and the chances that I would be able to make more is kind of nil at this stage as all 5 charms seems to be difficult to source but I have not lost hope. I am still looking. I am making another type of pin but only with 3 charms not the 5 as displayed above.

The sewing pin comes in a tin with dotted cover unfortunately. It sells for $20.00 + postage of $5.25 (total $25.25). So if anyone is interested, please contact me at dressagirlaustralia@gmail.com or you can purchase the item directly from dress a girl shop here. You can wear it (there is a pin solidly adhered at the back), you can keep it in your cabinet, you can carry it with you in your bag, the possibilities are endless. You have a choice of donating the proceeds of this item to either Dress A Girl Australia's postage fund or Dress A Girl Australia well to provide clean water to the people of Kalagi Uganda. Just let me know by stating your preference in the comment section upon checkout.

I hope you will like it and make a purchase. Proceeds from the sale of the item is going to a very worthwhile cause. No admin fees, no misc fees. If you find it too expensive you do not have to buy. I cannot issue receipts for cash donations so perhaps buying items from my shop will help. At least you get something back for the money you are donating. In this case, you get a rare and unique sewing pin in exchange for a $20 dollar donation. No one is put at a disadvantaged. Well I might be paying tax for the $20 income but it does not matter. Check it out here.

Thanks guys! Please help spread the word around.

Christmas Brads for Sale

Lately I have been re-opening a few parcels in my garage to check out what I can sell for next year's funds. In addition to my weekend market adventures I used to sell arts and craft supplies to fund my craft hobbies. Or picked up a few items and stashed them away in case I would need it.

One of the parcels I re-opened are for people who are into scrapbooking and/or cardmaking. I liked these brads so much that I bought a few boxes during my cardmaking days. I still have a few left and am selling them hoping that I will be able to raise a few dollars to help with the printing of labels and stamps for the new year 2014. Am selling the first packet of 1 santa brad and 1 candy cane for $2.70 which already includes $1.20 for the stamp to send the items and the second packet with 2 santa brads and 1 candy cane for $3.20 also including postage.

On the image below you will find a sample of how I made use of the brads. These will make great christmas photo cards or a page in a scrapbook you are making for Christmas.
Have a look and a think and for interested parties, please let me know by sending an email to dressagirlaustralia@gmail.com so I can give you the details for payment. I hope to post these items in the dress a girl shop this weekend. Help spread these items around to your family and/or friends who are cards and scrapbook enthusiasts. Thanks everyone.

Soy Candles for Charity (Dress A Girl Australia)

About 5 years ago I used to candlemake and sell soy candles made of the environmentally friendly soy wax. I even sold books on candlemaking. Then I noticed that I was starting to become short-tempered maybe because I was starting to get bored (inspite of all the crafty things I was doing) so I decided to go back to full-time job after 2 years of not working. On the day that I decided I was going back to work, a week after I got a full-time job and this led me to becoming lax on my small home business which was by then starting to flourish. I stopped selling candles but I still kept on my hobby of making anything out of fabrics and sell one at a time.

Then my sister started making candles to fill the ceramic and porcelain bowls she was making and selling. This made me think why dont I start to sell soy candles again.. Soy candles for charity which will help me raise money for postage and most especially for the Dress A Girl well. I am not sure if I still have hours in a day left to allow me to make soy candles but there is no harm in trying. My motto is if there is a will...there is a way and it is for a very good cause. I really have no plans of making it big time selling candles. Just enough to meet the needs of Dress A Girl Australia.

So the past week I have been lighting candles again making sure they are lighting perfectly well and have now a small stock of small jar candles to sell. My first product for fundraising. I also hope I will be able to make tealights soon.
The candle with the lamp is only for a very short time while supplies last. These soy candles will be available for purchase in my e-shop in the next few days. They will make great christmas presents so I hope if you like soy candles you will make a purchase.

Just to let everyone know that everything am handmaking and selling goes to Dress A GIrl Australia's petty cash fund. I am not trying to make money for myself. But selling items like this will help me sustain my Dress A Girl activities so I hope you will like some of my new products and make a purchase. Thank you.

Christmas Items for Fundraising

Wow! Day 4 of November and 51 days before Christmas. There will be a few items for sale which I hope will be good enough to purchase for your love ones or family and friends. As usual, Christmas cards will be available to purchase as well. Proceeds from any purchase will go directly to Dress A Girl Australia's postage fund for next year. Christmas season is always the best time to promote items for sale as most of us will be buying something for family and friends and since I will not be having any market stalls anymore for the rest of the year (next market will be sometime in April 2014) I thought I would put up the items I made especially for Christmas in my Dress A Girl online shop. I might even put them up in Etsy. This way I feel a little bit relax in selling and raising funds as anyone can buy them from the shop anytime. The great thing about the online shop is I dont have to wake up as early as 5am to setup my market stall.

Most of the items if not all will be made available in the next few days so watch out for it and if there is anything you like, please make a purchase. It is going to a very good cause.  Thank you!

Mini Pillows and Buttons for Sale

When I took more than a year off from work a few years ago I needed to find something to do to keep myself busy. I went travelling, created websites, cardmaking, did a lot of quilting, gardening and made a lot of pillows just to be busy. Earlier from reading magazines I found that I can actually create my own fabric or print images on fabrics using an inkjet printer that when I travelled to the US the first thing I did was look for the materials that was mentioned in the magazines I was reading. When I came back to Sydney I handcarried two reams of the special inkjet fabric sheets. I printed pictures and graphic images one sheet after another that I ended up with almost 25 small pillows created. LOL! I started selling them one at a time when I decided I wanted to go back to work but I didnt expect that I would immediately find a job. It was my first application/interview so I ended up not being able to sell all the pillows.

Today I decided I was going to bring all the remaining pillows at the Autumn Market of the Dreamers Market this coming Saturday to sell. I hope they would sell so I can raise more funds. Here are the pillows that I will be selling -
In addition to making pillows I also did a lot of button making and I have pinned some of the buttons on the pillows where appropriate. These items will also be available for sale at the Dress A Girl Australia e-shop soon.

More buttons are also available for sale for the Easter event. These are new items I created during the weekend when I could not use my sewing machine.
These will be posted in my e-shop very soon.

More embellishments made...more to help make a difference

Opening my fabric scrapbags yesterday literally triggered my mind to become creative once again. Something I have not done for quite a while now but it feels so good when you get the chance to think and do something you love and do best and enjoying every minute of it. And perfect timing as I need more ways to raise money for postage. You probably have seen the dress I made yesterday which had a hemline of appliqued hearts. And you probably have read about Dress A Girl Australia's terrariums with succulent plants coming from my garden.

Also yesterday, still in the mood to celebrate the month of love, I made this Angel of Heart from my fabric scraps.
I still am undecided on whether to use a wooden ball for the head but this is basically it and I will be making more of this to sell in my Dress A Girl online shop. I already have the lavender house and now I have the angel of heart.

The angel of heart measures about 16cms x 20.5cms. I placed a thin wadding(the ones I normally used in my fabric postcards) and also I placed a small georgette bag inside with a 20ml of lavender. And the highlight of this handmade heart is the key which you find at the center of the heart. This is a rusted garden key measuring about 6cms and inside a pocket measuring about 4.5cms x 7.5cms sealed by a craft plastic.

What does that tell you? That this is the key to my heart. :-) This handmade item will be available in Dress A Girl Australia's online shop in a few days (I need to schedule when I can update my website) so watch for it guys if you are interested in the lavender angel of heart.

Since I have showed you my new creation I might as well show you the rest of the items I made with my fabric scraps. Flowers....roses...fabric flower to embellish my bag.
Make sure you look at them now as the next ten postings coming up on this blog will be donation acknowledgements and you may find it difficult to see this posting again. WooHoo!  Love what am doing!

Terrariums of Succulents helping make a difference

The past couple of weeks I have been looking at my frontyard (which unfortunately I have now really neglected) and started thinking what can I get out of my front garden and sell so I can start packing parcels. I saw my succulents and said "perfect" ! And this is what I did.

The jars used to have candles in them. Never throw empty jars as they might be useful in the future. The coloured pots were handmade by my sister who runs WeePots but did not pass her stringent quality control so she gave it to me and now have filled it with cactus soil, growing succulents and small pebbles. The plants have started to grow but I will wait for another week and then start selling them. The only thing with these items is that they are quite heavy so the postage might become a deterrent for people who would like to buy one. By the way I call them Dress A Girl Australia's terrariums. :-) I bought 4 fishbowls from a dollar shop yesterday and I made 4 more this morning not in the picture(as I ran out of soil).

Thinking out loud even my garden is helping change the world...helping me make a difference! 2013...the year of making a big difference!

** If anyone is interested to purchase just the succulents which would become light to pack, please send an email to dressagirlaustralia@gmail.com. I also have small yucca plants in my backyard which I replanted from their 'mother' yucca.

Dress Distribution - Home Sweet Orphanage in Masaka Uganda

These are pictures of the dress distribution made by Robert Luwalira in his Home Sweet Orphanage in Masaka Uganda during a small new year's party for the children. In early December, Robert wrote and asked if I would be willing to sponsor a small party for the children when they received their gifts from Dress A Girl Australia and  Sarah Gibson who sent dollies and other gift items. I was'nt really sure if I would be able to sponsor the party especially that I was trying to raise more funds to send more parcels overseas. When I was at the Dreamers Markets I decided that if I sell one clothbook I would donate the proceeds to the party. I guess it was my lucky day as I sold almost all the clothbooks I made. Also, on the same day that I made the decision I received a letter from Betty Barrett who wanted to purchase a pack of the vintage Christmas cards and the proceeds of which I included in the small donation.

Here are some pictures sent to me by Robert -

and the dresses he received for the orphans.

And here is the email from Robert -
Am sure the children had a good time. I wanted them to celebrate the thought that there are people in this world who looks after them. Thank you so much to Betty Barrett for helping me in making the celebration for the children possible. Thank you Betty.

Donation Acknowledgement FY2012 #143 - Donated items for sale

MBCCD #23 Since these items when sold will allow Dress A Girl Australia to send more dresses to the less fortunate locations around the world, I have included these items on the list of donations to acknowledge. Donation #143/#23 are tealight holders and will be added in the shop for sale.

First on the list are screenprinted tealight glass holder covers donated by heyboom shop. These covers have been manually screenprinted (not machine) and done on burlap. I personally saw her cut these star templates by hand before doing the screen print. These tealight glass holder covers will be sold at $4.00 each including the glass plus postage of $6.60. Each tealight glass cover sold will pay for at least one dress to any location overseas. That is one dress for one girl and one big smile.
Tealight Glass holder covers donated by heyboom shop
A very big thank you to heyboom shop for your continued support of Dress A Girl (Around the World) Australia.  heyboom has an etsy shop for all the things handmade by her. Check out her handmade activities in her blog here.

After receiving these items two weeks ago, I remembered I still have at least a couple of candleholders somewhere in the house. I used to sell soy candles and with it came tealight holders. I stopped selling soy candles when I decided to go back to full-time work after 2 years of full-time rest and relaxation. These two are the last of the inventory items I still have on hand and once sold they are all gone. Am thinking of reviving selling soy candles such as tealight, votives and jar candles only as a fundraiser and if can find the time to make.

This is a made in india tealight holders set of 3. They can also accommodate votives. This will be sold for $14.95 plus postage of $13.15. (Wow! Australia Post has done it again. Their postage rates have gone up.)
Tealight or Votive holder set of 3 donated by Soft Treasures
This beaded mosaic tealight holder is also made in India and will be sold for $4.95 plus postage of $6.60.

Christmas Stockings for Sale

Once a craftivist...always a craftivist. First the Christmas cards, now it is the stocking-shaped bag which you can hang on a mantelpiece or on a Christmas tree for Santa to put small gifts on Christmas eve. The most traditional christmas decor you will find in houses during the Christmas season. All made of 100% quilting cotton and fully lined.

And if you want to be different or Dress A Girl Australia dares you to be different this time. Try my Christmas stockings where you can insert the picture of the person you are giving the christmas stocking to. I have seen people wrapping their gifts with a picture of the recipient adhered to the wrapping paper or gift box, this time take advantage of my creativity in action. Why not wrapped or put your christmas presents inside this stocking-shaped bags and put the picture of the recipient inside the picture frame. A real treasure to keep.

So if you are wondering what's made me so quiet the past few days, the pictures above speaks for itself. All fabrics I used came from my fabric collection. It is Christmas time so why not share some of my favourite collection. Imagine how many less fortunate little girls around the world will be happy with the sale of these Christmas stockings.

All these stockings will be available for sale at Dreamers Markets on Saturday, 15th of December at the Riverside Theatre, Parramatta. All proceeds goes to Dress A Girl Australia's postage fund.

More Christmas cards for sale

Just barely a week to go and December will be here. The past few nights I have created more Christmas cards to sell. I made these cards about 5 years ago when I was at the peak of my cardmaking journey. This was at the time when I decided to take a year-long break from work and after travelling to keep myself busy I did a lot of cardmaking. I kind of stop making cards when I went back to work.

I am hoping I would be able to raise the amount of $50.00 from the sale of at least 30 of these cards. I've sold a few to friends and colleagues and am now on my way to reaching my target which I will use to sponsor a little Christmas party for a group of special children in Uganda wearing their new dresses and enjoy something special this Christmas.

If you have not started your Christmas shopping yet and intending to buy Christmas cards to send to family, relatives and friends this Christmas, please consider these cards and make a purchase if you like them. They cost $1.75 each plus postage of 60cents. The inside panel is blank to write your personal message and comes with a matching white envelope just like any greeting card you see in the shops. And by the way, I can issue a sales receipt from the sale of these cards to anyone who wants an invoice.

For more details or to purchase, please send an email to dressagirlaustralia@gmail.com.

This Week's a bit of this and a bit of that

A quiet first three days of the week in Dress A Girl Australia's environment, a busy first three days of the week at work. Christmas is just around the corner and I hope everyone is starting to feel and hear the Ring, ting-a-ling ting-a-ling light little bright little bells for Christmas.

Make-it or Break-it Christmas Charity Drive is still going strong on its 6th week. If you want to help make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate children anywhere in the world, then join us on this campaign. Create a mess of handmade dresses and pairs of shorts in Dress A Girl Australia's living room this Christmas. A gift that will make a big and real difference to kids who need it the most. If you do not have a sewing machine, we also accept fabrics and accessories and we will make the dresses for you. For more information, please send an email to dressagirlaustralia@gmail.com.

Have just added Garden of Life family in India to my list for dress distribution in the next few weeks with children under the age group of 2 to 18 years and 108 under their full time care. First parcel will be posted on the last week of November (last Saturday of the month) as this is the only time (Saturdays) that I can post parcels.

All dresses and/or pairs of shorts made and donated on behalf of the winning bidders in the Charity Auction for Dress A Girl Australia will be included in the parcel to India.

Am starting to sew and collect dresses as well for the children of Bangladesh. Like India, children in this area cannot wear dresses with open necklines. My niece who is in Dhaka, Bangladesh working for the UN reminded me two nights ago that the dresses I should be sewing and/or collecting for the Bangladesh children needs to have sleeves and long if possible covers the legs. So if you feel like making these type of dresses, please help and send them to Dress A Girl Australia, P.O. Box 240 Casula Mall Casula NSW 2170. Thank you in advance.
