Donation Acknowledgements FY2012 #96 - from the ladies of Kapunda S.A. Parcel 2

This is the second of the three parcels from the ladies of Kapunda, South Australia. Donation #96 is still a part of the Sewing Bee #4 which they recently completed and is  a collection of 24 dresses and 10 pairs of shorts. Am not able to identify which dresses came from whom except for the pairs of shorts so I will just name the donors based on the list I received and  I think there are 2 more extra dresses made during the day.
Here are the 24 dresses -
and here are the 10 pairs of shorts from Virginia Schrapell(6x) Chris Redden and Liz D'Giacomo(4x).
Welcome to Nelda Hossack who recently joined the group and started sewing again after not using her sewing skills for so many years.

Thank you to Sally Giles(1x), Valda Ridley(7x), Deborah Parish(3x), Chris Redden and Liz D'Giacomo(4x), Nelda Hossack(1x), Loris Pullen(4x) and Margaret Adair(2x). Thank you all for your unwavering support of Dress A Girl Around the World. Your group is amazing.

Special thanks to Reet Perry who was such a big help in the cutting area and Betty Bosley for also providing fabric and bias tape materials. Such great teamwork ladies!

Last but not least, thank you to Brian Parish (Deborah's husband) for all the hard work making sure these ladies from Kapunda are comfortable enough to sew. Thank you so much for your support. Much appreciated.

  1. Grateful the donations are still rolling in. I hope to have some dresses done by Christmas now that I think I've figured out my machines tension problem....the needle was in backwards.
