She wants to help raise funds for postage and so this thoughtful lady Monica Osvald decided to make a couple of dresses to sell. She spoke to the lady-in-charge of the Steven Walter Children's Cancer Foundation which is a boutique op shop in Katoomba where she goes to and sometimes gets some of her sewing materials. The op shop happily agreed to put her two dresses on display at the counter for anyone to see and purchase and even wrote something about the cause of dressing girls around the world to make it more attractive to prospective buyers.
Here are the two dresses on display at the Steven Walter Children's Cancer Foundation Boutique Op shop which is located at 142 Katoomba Street, Katoomba (Uniting Church Hall). The op shop is open from Monday to Friday (9-5) and Saturday (10-2)
If you have any friends and/or relatives living around the Katoomba area who might be interested or looking for a dress for someone, please let them know about these 2 dresses on display in the op shop.
Thank you to Monica for the dresses and for thinking about this idea and thank you to the Children's cancer foundation op shop in Katoomba for allowing her to display these 2 pretty dresses. Thank you for your kindness and thank you to everyone who find it in their hearts to support this cause. It is much appreciated.
