Number 165 is a parcel of 12 dresses from a newly formed group in Tamworth. The group called Womens Shed is involved in various art and craft and social events for women in the Tamworth area and the group is within the Tamworth Regional Craft Centre. Betty Priest on behalf of the Womens' Shed members wrote that the Dress A Girl around the world project has been seen by them as one with a genuine wish to assist our sisters and their families in areas that are not as affluent as Australia so they will try to keep sewing for this project and send more as they are completed. Here are the 12 dresses they sent -
To Betty, thank you so much and please extend my wholehearted thank you to all the members of the Womens Shed. Thank you for your support. It is so much appreciated.
