Quilt Distribution #8 - For Romania Parcels 3C & 3D (Christmas Edition)

A total of 24 quilts in 2 parcels is Quilt Distribution #8 for the kiddies of Romania. These parcels will be sent to Fundatia Romanian Relief once I get a confirmation of the 2 parcels sent in May has been received. By this time it should be half-way to Romania.
